It says 3 boxes, does that mean you get not just 7days worth but 21days worth?

Just received this order and I can confirm it is only one box. Even though I am happy with the product as used before and £14.99 is the going price it is false advertising to advertise as 3 boxes, total of 21 day achiever. This was also stated when I placed my order that it is 3 boxes. I will be putting this forward to Amazon.

Why is the blackcurrant flavour 1 star and lemon & lime 5 star

Simply because some people prefer the lemon flavour more than the blackcurrant. The Boombod weight loss shot drink does the same job regardless the flavour.

Do you eat anything else or is it just the shots?

Yes, you still need to eat food when you are taking the shots. You need a healthy balanced diet. Take one shot 30 min before each of your 3 meals a day.
