Looks nice but full of bugs and pitfalls
When I first got this product I thought it was great but after a few months of use it turns out this is a pretty poor quality projector with little support for the multitude of issues you’ll have. Firstly it is sold as being able to accept a 4k signal, which it will, as long as it’s not copy protected with HDCP 2.2. Most 4k material is so unless you spend more money on a HDCP stripper you can’t watch your favourite 4k BluRays on this. Secondly, the majority of internal apps like NETFILX don’t work and XGIMI won’t help you get them working. Thirdly, lots of these units are dying or have some other issues that stop them from working. These range from not powering on to shutting down unexpectedly, dead pixels and more. If you have to get it fixed it will cost you a fortune to send it back to China too. These XGIMI projectors are false economy and you should stick to well know brand with worldwide support and repair centres and one that works with app companies to make sure they work.

This has changed my bedroom forever...
I've had this machine for a couple of years, using it pretty much every day. Though the 'wow' factor wore off, it is still one of the best bits of AV I've ever owned!True, the Android system isn't on par with even a 4 or 5 year old smart phone, but that's because it's not a smartphone, tablet or computer - it's a projector! It's true that it would be totally amazing if it had the facilities and features of a modern android device, but if that's what you really want, just buy a tablet and cast to the H1!As far as the projection, the LED display is awesome and bright, and the keystone correction makes it a truly portable device, allowing you to project to wherever you want, from wherever you want. And the 3d? Though friends have since told me that 3d is dying, these are the people without a 3d cinema in their front room. And that's what it's about. If you want a 3D cinema in your front room or bedroom, buy this and you won't be disappointed. If you don't, just spend £15 on a cinema ticket....
