I'm 5'10, 140 lbs and got the 60" one. I was worried that it wasn't going to be long enough but it's just right. It's actually a lot larger than what I was anticipating which is great.I opened it up after closing at my job and fortunately it was able to fluff up enough for me to use it that same night, took about 3 hours and let me tell you, I fell asleep so quickly. The following morning though I did put it in the dryer, on its own, for about an hour to make sure it was as fluffy as possible.I've had it for a week now and this has been the best week of consistent sleep I have had in so many years. I've been taking sleep a lot more seriously. It impacts your entire physical, emotional and mental well being. It makes up an actual third of our life. I cut out caffeine, got 100% blackout curtains and have been falling asleep listening to stories on Headspace using a sleep headband headphones instead of falling asleep with YouTube or Netflix on. I did these things on top of other things like eating better, getting more exercise in and stretching.Sleep was definitely getting better but not quite where I wanted it to be. I just wasn't falling asleep fast enough and I would wake up once to twice a night so I wouldn't be sleeping straight through the night. So I started looking at body pillows and I'm so glad I got a u-shaped one instead of just a long pillow or an l-shaped pillow. I really like how this one encompasses you and it's just so big. Honestly, I would op for a larger size, 70" but that's just spoiling myself. This 60" is definitely large enough.I fall asleep so quickly now, sleep all the way through the night and when I wake up I know I'm just rested. I've been so consistent with my sleep and lifestyle changes that I can not only fall asleep fast but because the quality of my sleep has really improved, I've also been waking up after just 6-7 hours of sleep and feeling fully rested. It's amazing.A lot of this is contributed to all the changes I've been making but this pillow was 100% the last missing piece to the puzzle. I cannot recommend this enough. Your sleep dictates so much of your life. How you feel, think, how your body recovers from a workout, your immune system, how much energy you have throughout the day to get done what you need to get done, it gives you clarity and focus. Sleep is worth the investment. I've been so productive and happier for over a week now just because I've been getting quality sleep. I used to have a lot of anxiety, stress and have a lot of ups and downs, and life is just so much better now.There are some people complaining it's too flat, for those who buy this I would just make sure that you thoroughly massage the pillow on and off for the first hour, including flipping it upside down and repeating, wait a couple of hours after that and then toss it in the dryer for an hour. It gets big. There is a possibility that maybe they just didn't get one as well filled but fortunately it's an easy fix, just buy cotton and stuff it some more. Doesn't need to be tossed aside or thrown away.Although I think most of the reviews just aren't following the instructions well enough or not putting it in the dryer for an hour or so. Others I'm sure are complaining looking for free stuff. I gave a bad review of a different product not related to this one and the seller sent me an e-mail for 9 days straight asking me to take it down and she'll give me a full refund and a $40 Amazon gift card for what was a $20 purchase. She also sent me an actual physical letter to my home since I wasn't responding. It's wild. I wondered how it was a 5-star product after using it and I quickly found out. It's still up though lolI'm just saying take bad reviews with a grain of salt. I'm sure a few are legit but I'm sure even more are just being careless or just looking to get something extra. If you're in the market for a u-shaped pillow I could not recommend this one more. So glad I got it.

I was having issues waking up a lot, every time I turned over (several times a night). I was checking out the very expensive pillows where you can slip your arm through and support your back, but they are insane expensive - so i checked these out and figured it was worth a shot (even though I'm not pregnant). I am a 'larger than statistically average' person. The pillow is awesome! I didn't think i'd be able to slip my arm under it, but you can, so basically it provides support everywhere and allows you to sleep on your side, all night in comfort. If you sleep on it as pictured - it totally supports your back, while also allowing super comfortable position in front, and you can slip your arm under it, without your weight being on your arm. It almost feels like your being held all night. That being said - it would be a CON for people sleeping with others in the same bed. I have a queen size bed and sleep alone sometimes and the pillow takes up a huge chunk of the bed space. I dont care because I am single - but it would be awkward for a mate if you weren't single. Another CON would be that as your sleeping, if you do move around, the arms of the pillow go wonky and can end up all over the place. The improvement in comfort for me has outweighed any CONs. Totally worth the money.

LOVE this pillow! I’m almost 25 weeks pregnant and sporting a good size bump. I normally sleep with a pillow on each side of me and 1 between my legs but have been getting really sore hips and groin pain at night during pregnancy. I researched pregnancy pillows for hours over several days before deciding on the NiDream one. I chose it because of the extra length (not too short, not too long and I’m 5’2) and the other reviews. So, so happy with it. I have had little to no hip/groin pain at night since using it. Expanded within a day of being laid out. Very full, not flat, and has retained its fullness. I use this thing at night to sleep and during the day to sit up and work on my computer. At night I put the head part at my feet so I can sleep with my flatter pillow because I do have chronic neck pain otherwise but I have napped on this pillow in the normal position with it under my head and it never caused me any neck pain. Overall awesome product and completely worth the money, which I thought was very reasonable anyway.

As a lifelong side sleeper I should’ve gotten a pillow like this several years ago! I have wide set hips and a short torso which gives me a tendency to have pain after a night of sleeping in the recumbent position with my top knee pressing on my bottom knee. This pillow gives me support between my knees which properly aligns my hips and ankles taking the pressure off my hips and back. I’ve woken up pain-free the past 2 nights and couldn’t be happier. FYI I’m not pregnant - I’m a thin athlete and am benefiting just as much from this tubular-shaped slice of heaven!The top of the pillow does put a little pressure on my neck and face (the firm foam stuffing props your head up a little too much) but I think this issue could be solved for me by getting a longer pillow so I wouldn’t have to mash my head and shoulder into the top curve of the pillow as firmly to have room for my knee and ankles to rest on the pillow. I’m going to send it back and order and longer one. Anxious for the replacement to arrive so I can sleep pain-free again!
