Small, but good as key rings or to secure my bag to a chair or table at a coffee shop. I also use them to hook the zipper pulls on my travel bag to deter pickpocket. There are other models (twist-open, bend-open, etc.), but these are less expensive and not awkward to use. It takes longer for me to twist on or off, but I guess it'd be the same for opportunity thieves when I travel. They are also excellent as key rings.

This is a nice set of colorful nylon coated wire keychains. Quality seems to be good with polished finish, the ends screw together quite smoothly. They are strong enough to be used like light weight carabiners - I hang a lot of those on my backpack when hiking as they are handy for whatever small light weight items I might need to attach on the outside such as towels, sunscreens, hand sanitizers, cups etc. you can never have too many of these gizmos as they have a tendency of getting lost. So having a set of 18 will definitely take care of that problem for a while.

These are great for attaching luggage tags or small items to a backpack. I switched to this type of attachment when I was traveling a lot for work because other types of connectors for my luggage tags tended to get torn off. These are tough steel, with a colorful nylon coating in assorted shades. These would also make a great keychain that's easier to add/remove keys than a split ring.

My husband uses these things like crazy. Luggage tag? key ring? random emergency? He always has at least one to spare. Of course, they're grey and easily lost so I was thrilled when I saw they come in an assortment of fun colors. I'll be "borrowing" a few for my own emergency kit and leaving the rest to him!

I ordered metal luggage tags from a company and they forgot to send me the tags/links for them. So glad I found these. They're colorful and durable. I thought they were going to be short, but they twist close just fine when bending them together.

I have a set of luggage tags with metal cables for securing them to the luggage and I was hoping these were the same diameter. These are smaller diameter and also shorter. Not a bad product, but I might use these on backpacks or other hand luggage than on checked luggage.

These nylon cords are great for multiple uses. You can attach dog tags with them. They can be used with beads to make small key chains and can be used to make charms for tumblers that attach to the handle.
