I got this machine several months ago and haven’t looked back since. I went from a 4 needle to a 10 needle and it’s been a journey. Smartstitch sets you up with your own trainer and support team as well as a FB group who helps also you with any problems, as well as numerous YouTube videos. I’ll admit I was intimidated when I saw her, but the machine is very user friendly and so I jumped in and started learning. It probably took about 2 months to get really comfortable with the machine functions, but once you’re through the learning curve it’s really super fun. I’ve learned so much. Any issues that come up are usually user error and the best part, in my opinion, is if my machine ever goes down, the tech support walks me through fixing it. I don’t have to send her off. And any parts I need will be sent to me if I don’t already have them in my spare parts. You can’t go wrong this machine. They also have a 12 and 15 needle. It really is a SMART Machine!!! If you’re looking for a new machine, I’d seriously consider getting a Smartstitch!! I did not digitize these designs.

We are new to embroidery and have loved this machine! We bought this machine for our business to do our shirts and hats. We have been able to do so much more than we had originally expected. Training was quick and easy. They have great customer support if we have had any questions. It is not too big and we were able to easily get it set up with the instruction videos. It was quick to get level and stable on the stand as well. As beginners, there is a bit of a learning curve, but we have really felt confident in building our embroidery skills. I would definitely recommend Smartstitch for beginners.

Amazing machine, this is my first embroidery machine ever and it is extremely user friendly! I have an amazing support group and everyone in the chats are very friendly and helpful! I would recommend this machine to anyone who is new to embroidery. I've had a few learning curves but the experience is amazing!!

The media could not be loaded. I got my Smartstitch S1001 on May 14th and had it up and running in about an hour! The setup was super smooth thanks to helpful YouTube videos and amazing one-on-one training through a Facebook group. Everyone in the community has been so kind and supportive. This machine is awesome—I never thought I’d be doing embroidery for my boutique, but Smartstitch made it possible! If you are trying to decide on an embroidery machine this one comes with an awesome support team to help you!

The Machine is Great Delivery was fast technical support is amazing they are several hours behind Us so a response may take a while but they hang with you until your problem is fixed! This machine is just as good if not better then a $10,000 Brother Highly Recommend I complete several high volume orders specially with hats ranging from 100-200 hats at a time and it handles it with a breeze!
