First4spares DD7098 Water Filter Cartridge Daewoo American Style Fridges & Freezers

I purchased 2 of what I thought were DD-7098 replacement/compatible water filters for my Daewoo fridge. On arrival the filters didn't fit as the connection to the water feed tube was too small.I contacted the retailer (Spares-2-GO) who recommended I send the 2 filters back and they would exchange them, however they would not pay for the postage which would almost be the same price as the filters in the first place. The retailer also inferred it was my fault as there are 2 different products, one with ASIN B00CQ3UQ1C and this one which is ASIN B00COMP3SQ.Although it hasn't cost me a lot of money I'm frustrated at the incorrect/confusing advertising of the product.

Advertised as the exact same filter but when product arrived it's a completely different fitting, waste of money it can't be used

As another reviewer has already said the tubes top and bottom are too short for the connectors supplied with the Daewoo fridge freezer. For the small amount you save you're better off buying the genuine product, which I now am doing.
