Is this a 70 ply or 80 ply wheel? Product photos state "80 ply" but written description states 70 ply.

Are any of these wheels a non shedding wheel?

I have what is called an Airhandler floor model buff station. It has a squirrel cage and filter because all wheels shed during use, and buff compound gets thrown off the wheel, along with fine material from whatever you are buffing. When I change the 1" x 25" filter, I am always amazed at how much it pulled in. The filter always has a deep layer of fibers from the two wheels used on the buffer.

Do these come with metal flanges?
