this has been extremely handy for me sitting on the sofa. i have spondylolisthesis in my lumbar spine so get very conscious about how i am sitting.for some time i had a pillow supporting my lumbar spine whilst sitting on the sofa but i noticed it was causing me to arch my back.this product has been brilliant as it means i can relax my whole weight.i bought the smaller size, i am 5ft3 and its the perfect size. its quite weighty, which is good because it offers the support needed.its not overly firm, its just right.would recommend!

Fantastic and comfortable should have purchased ages ago, saves having a multi stack of pillows, arms are really good, did not use pockets as did not need to and it has definitely helped with my lower back problem. Have no problem in moving at night to sleep really really pleased.Treat yourself.

I have only just received this. It arrived in a vacuum bag and had an awful lot of packaging around it. Letting it come to its full size, but looks like it will be comfortable

I bought this for my wife who has sciatica and she loves it, and it has helped a lot with her comfort sitting in bed and sleeping. She doesn't even use pillows now.There people who have given negatives reviews clearly received a faulty item, Add it is nice and firm once it has expanded.It is also really is large, it takes up half the width of my king-size bed and it's as high as my headboard.I may get one for myself.

I bought this for my 20 year old son following a serious car accident that left him with multiple fractures. I honestly don’t think we would have coped without it. He uses it in bed to sleep and then on the sofa so he can watch television. Current discussion is who gets to use it once he recovers! If you just can’t get comfortable then this is just a brilliant buy. I got the XL one - he is 6ft 1 so it’s perfect for his height. I can’t recommend it enough.

Very soft but didn’t like pillow part

Very nice pillow, good quality and plenty of filling but just not what I needed so retuning.

The hole thing not comfy at all and can't get it in bag so I'm selling it to a friend lucky it's off my hands wast off money

I've looked everywhere for countless hours trying to find a TALL pillow like this to rest on. I need to sit upright for pregnancy acid reflux (it's bad), so this provides a beautiful amount of support. It's not heavy, so you can shift it around, and it's very firm and comfortable. In a way, it provides a lot of pain relief given that I can sit and sleep upright comfortably.The pillow is also detachable with buttons, or it can be pushed backwards so you don't have to detach it.

Después de un mes de usarlo concluyo que es lo que requería para una postura y descanso adecuado.Ya no más improvisaciones para descansar y leer o ver tv en mi cama.Me acomoda bien, mido 1.50, tamaño muy bueno para mí. Es confortable pues tengo que cuidar mi columna debido a hernias discales.

I bought this pillow as I do spend a lot of time in bed nowadays, and after my car accident I'm experiencing almost daily pain in my neck & shoulders, and thanks to this pillow I do feel the pain only once a week or two at most. This pillow is bulky/full, medium soft, and it is not flattened yet even though I use it every single day for more than 10h a day for a month and 21 days now. I love that the little neck pillow is detachable as this part of the pillow I need on rare occasion. The outer material of the pillow is super soft and pleasant to the touch, and I am an extremally picky person when it comes to any material touching my skin, so when I say it is quality material I mean it. Next thing I love is the pockets on the side of the armrest part of the pillow, it is useful and convenient. Also the handles on the sides of the pillow are nice addition, not much needed for me, but if I want to move the pillow out of the way when I make my bed, (which I do every morning) I move it by holding those handles and the fact that they did not rip off yet considering the pillow has a weight to it, it is a quality check of it's own. Delivery was quick as a blink of an eye, I ordered it Sep.29th and got it on Sep.30th. Price was reasonable too. I am including a picture as myself I rather and pay a better attention to reviews with pictures or/and videos, as in my opinion they provide the evidence to the review posted. I also include video of my unpacking the pillow, I had to do it with one hand so I'm sorry for the inconvenient quality of it, but also I hope it all will help with making your purchase decision about this product.Myself, I DO RECOMEND IT.
