Easy instructions. Sent in on Saturday and received results on Thursday. Happy to have my question answered and cared for by this Lab. I would recommend to anyone in search of an answer.

Results came back about a week or two later due to the holidays. Results were amazing.

This was just a poor experience all around. The test didn’t come with instructions, I found them from a different site. Communication with the company was poor. Worst of all, my results were inconclusive and came with the disclaimer that 33-35% of people will test as inconclusive. That is a HUGE percentage.

The test came fast and I mailed it out on Thursday and got my results Monday.

I wish I didn’t have to give them one star because they deserve no stars. The description says the results would be shared within 6 business days via call, postal mail, and email. I received the item on January 26th and mailed it via fedex on January 27th. It is February 11th and I’ve heard nothing. Apparently this product is unreliable and a rip off!!! Do not purchase this test!!!
