I would highly recommend this.I was used to healthcart’s vanilla flavored omega-3 which never gave any fishy smell or burps. This was processed from sardines.NOW’s omega 3 is unflavored and has the same amount of omega-3 and EHA/DPA per capsule. It is of very high quality, and the most economical (200’s pack) in the market. Processed from anchovies.Leaves a little bit fishy burps (I got used to this in a couple days use). Scratch code informed me that I received a genuine product from the supplier - MPN.There was no silicone moisture absorbing pack, but found a tiny piece of paper instead which is a little weird. The box had 198 capsules after unsealing.I take omega-3 for quick recovery, as I run long distances and lift light weights. It’s highly effective, as I feel increased pump and libido during workouts.
