San Jamar Rely Soap Dispenser SF900TBK

I replaced hands-free with these units. No batteries required, no waving your hand around to make it work - it's manual so it just works! I fill it with foaming soap from Arcot and it comes out foamy, no leaking. Great, great, great product.

It's a soap dispenser that does what it's suppose to do. Only complaint is that it's hard to see the level of soap in the reservoir. It did arrive when promised and at a good price.

Easy to use when preparing food in the kitchen. Works great with foam soap it was easy to install into the wall.

We bought 2 of these for a mens and ladies bathroom. The mens one has been fine, but the other will not hold the soap and it just leaks out leaving a huge mess.

This seems to be the major complaint across multiple reviews. We've gone through three of these already. They start off working fine but after a few weeks they begin to leak all over, and not just a little bit, it's almost as if the entire reservoir of soap just comes pouring out of the dispenser overnight. We're wasting a lot of money on soap refill. The company also doesn't allow you to buy replacement reservoirs either, so you're forced to buy a brand-new apparatus for one part.
