Great product for very long ultra runs and races. Mixes well, and packets are small enough to toss in a vest. Not too tart and sustained energy!

I first tried this product at a race in Windsor. It’s a nice flavour and delivers constant energy without the high and crash. Easy to mix and now a favourite of mine over other mixes I can buy or use previously. You don’t get hand shaking and it’s beyond good for my longest run days too

This stuff is a very fine powder. It worked great for my nutrition on a 70.3 Ironman. I just make sure to mix it in a protein shaker with an agitator because it will not mix well straight in the bottle. It's also very sticky, so do your best to keep it off your bike and hands. It's a pain to clean off the bike (from experience). Despite these cons, I still love this stuff. The dense carb concentration makes it worth it for long intense bike rides.

A bit pricey. But they get the job done. You have to mix them in a particular way (the instructions that come with them are clear) so they dissolve. The taste is not bad. Surprisingly, not horribly sweet. No digestion issues. They powered me through my 50+ miles this season. No complaints.
