I've been using this product for years and couldn't do my job without it. Love Planwheel products for quantity surveys on electrical plans. They are easy to use, accurate and reasonably priced. This is a nice little unit
This is a nice little unit. I use it mostly to measure the outside of oddly shaped items where it would be difficult to get an accurate diameter or radius to calculate the circumference from.

This planwheel works quite well, but an on/off switch for battery preservation would be best. Comes with 2 batteries, so that is a bonus. Seems quite accurate thus far.

Great for sewing
It is really useful to measure around armseye or any pattern piece that is curved. Of course you can use it on straight pieces as well. Love it.
