Is the organic tricolor quinoa pre washed?

I only purchase the Basmati rice and I can tell you that there is NO other Basmati rice that can compete with its flavor. I have tried 5 other brands of Basmati and none are even close in flavor. I havenever tried the organic tricolor quinoa.
