Sturdy bike
Good looking, sturdy, bike. My grandson loves it.

Broke piece at first but CS resolved the issue.
The front brake broke the first day. After contacting customer service I got no where with them. Continued questions from them without resolution and just sending a replacement brake assembly.Update: customer service reached out and quickly solved the issue.

I was conflicted...
I was conflicted on this purchase because of the mixed reviews. This bike is nice and sturdy. However, someone put the handle bars on backwards and I had to turn them around. The front wheel was also already assembled and continuously falls off. I tried to fix it but cannot figure out what they did wrong. Now I have to take it to a bike repair shop. My advice... go to a bike shop to buy a bike... it’s already assembled and they’re experts.

Too heavy
Demasiado pesada la bicicleta, apenas la puedo levantar yo como adulto, a mi hijo de 6 años le cuesta mucho sacarla de la inercia por su peso..
