There are a lot of parts and I made some mistakes along the way, but I am thoroughly enjoying this project. There haven't been any missing parts so far, so I feel pretty confident that I'll finish without incident. I just started step 4. There are very few written instructions and some of the drawings of the connecting pins in the instructions aren't quite as clear as I would have preferred. I'm having a blast though :)

just started building it, after i did the v-8 which was also a very good build. 1/2 way done so far and no problems, and no pieces missing, wish they would have came out with these type of builds awhile back, building cars, ships, etc, is fun but these kits sort of changes things up, or just something different to build. i hope they keep coming out with these kits. the bricks/stones are very nice the clutch/or snap are very nice. A+ to MouldKing will buy again

This has been fun to build with my son. Not Lego but was pleasantly surprised at the quality. As others have said, we are missing a small piece. Main purpose of review is to show what seems like a mistake we found in the instructions for the belt/chain tensioner, step 313. The way the instructions state, the tensioner cannot move. We left one black piece off and it works great. See pics.

I wanted to give this a 5 because it was so fun until we got to the end of the 2nd step and found we are missing 2 pieces. Disappointed to see that there is no recourse for ordering missing pieces. Disappointed that it will probably never be finished

This is the second or third motor I have attempted to build from mould king. In every instance, the gages that are supposed to circulate (but remain upright) never remain straight up, but instead collapse which causes the turnstiles to jam when the battery is operated. Problem? Yes, because the entire build cannot work without this. So it’s both a quick reminder that I’ve wasted both time and money on a mould king product. Thankfully this was one of the cheaper options, but still painfully frustrating. It happened after the first bag too.

Great detail for kids to learn about basic concept of engines. Good quality item.

This is a super cool item. My boss bought this for my sons (12 and 15) and it’s been fun to watch them learn about how engines work. I do t know if it’s my kids fault for losing a couple pieces, or if they truly were just missing, but the company has been awesome in getting us those missing pieces. Highly recommend this product and this company!!

Difficult, but not impossible, to build. There was one spring too few, but two per cam is actually too many. The camshaft is too light, causing it to bend slightly; some extra support midway through would have been better. All in all, a beautiful machine!

Cela ne vaut pas Lego. Il me manque une pièce essentielle au bon fonctionnement du moteur. Je leurs ai envoyé un mail pour savoir si c'était possible d'avoir cette pièce et je n'ai pas eu de réponse. Un peut déçu.
