Action Shot-High Impact Protective Case (White)

This mounting case is reasonably tough feeling, and quite a bit more secure than the standard case. I don't think it would survive a really tough impact, but its fine for normal stuff. The best thing about it is the fact that it holds the camera really securely, and it holds on to the mounting point equally well. The worst part is that it is so secure it can be tough to open, and it has a lens cover which sometimes gets spots.

This case is not very sturdy nor is it especially protective.For a case described as "High Impact Protective" I expected a little more.

I can't say to much about this because I have not dropped my camera yet action shot is the funnest thing I have bought my son love to wear it I will be wearing the first time in the roc race

Purchased this for my 10yr old son with the Action Shot Camera. While Summer will be the true test, the Protective Case fits well, is easy to put on and take off, and doesn't add a lot of bulk to the camera. The camera comes with an elastic headband and the Protective Case is compatible with that, as well.

Must have item. Stock case is cheap and brittle. This case withstood a fall from a basketball hoop after being hit directly by a regulation size basketball. It has also withstood direct shots from hockey pucks and seems to have done its job and protected the camera.
