The drops go in easily and provide an instant cooling sensation that feels really soothing. Within minutes the itching and grittiness calm down significantly. I love that they both soothe and protect — they help relieve the discomfort while moisturizing the eyes. The 10ml bottle is a good size and the dropper is easy to use (even when my eyes are watering). I usually need only 1–2 drops per eye and the relief lasts for several hours. They don’t sting at all and don’t blur my vision much, so I can still work on my computer after using them.

I’ve tried a number of different eye drops in the past for hay fever relief but this seems to be about the best.

These drops do help with my itchy and irritated eyes, and after using them my eyes generally feel much better and more comfortable. However, I find the initial sensation quite unpleasant. As soon as the drops go into my eyes, I get a noticeable burning/stinging feeling for a short while before it settles down. I initially thought this was unusual, but temporary stinging or burning can happen with eye drops. What makes me mark these down is that I haven’t experienced the same level of discomfort with other brands I’ve used. They do the job once that initial sensation has passed, so they’re effective for me, but I’m not particularly keen on how they feel when first applied. I would probably choose a different brand next time.
