Martha Stewart Gatwick 4 Quart Enamel Cast Iron Dutch Oven - Navy Blue

I recently picked up the Martha Stewart 7qt enamel Dutch oven in mint green, and I have to say, it’s quickly become my kitchen favorite! Not only is the color absolutely stunning—it's like a pop of freshness in my cooking space—but it also performs beautifully. I've used it for everything from soups to casseroles, and it heats evenly every time. The enamel coating makes cleaning a breeze, which is a huge plus after a long day of cooking. I’ve even baked bread in it, and the results were fantastic—crispy crust and soft inside just like I hoped! The size is perfect too; whether I'm cooking for friends or just my family, it holds a lot without feeling cumbersome. Plus, it feels sturdy and well-made. Honestly, it’s not just a pretty piece; it’s a workhorse in the kitchen. If you're on the fence about getting one, I’d say go for it! You won’t regret adding this beauty to your collection.

This is my second Martha Stewart Gatwick 7Qt Dutch oven. My first one is 5 years old and gets used frequently to make sourdough bread. I love this beautiful bright yellow color and the white finish on the inside is very smooth. I use parchment paper under the dough and it does not stick. This dutch oven is easy to clean. The lid fits very well and has a nice sized handle On top. The two generous handles on each side of the Dutch Oven make it easy to pick up. I can use both of these at the same time in my oven. There is no taste that is given off from the hot Dutch Oven into my bread. I feel that this Dutch Oven is a great value for the price, nowadays its hard to find products that can stand up to years of use and still remain beautiful. I highly recommend this Dutch oven for everyone who cooks or bakes.

I love, love, love this Pot. I was worried at first about the weight of cast iron. I am, after all, 74 years old and not as strong as I once was. But, the handles make it safe for me to pick up. So far, I've made a pot roast and chili on the electric stove top, and roasted chicken with chopped veggies in the oven. The pot heats evenly. The lid has the self-basting spikes and a nice rim so the enamel doesn't get scratched or damaged by it. It holds the heat in so everything cooks a bit faster. I put pot holders on the stove top and transfer the pot from the oven to the top carefully. Don't want to break my glass stovetop. Once the pot is empty and cooled, I fill it with hot, soapy water. In 10 minutes time it washes clean with a cloth. No scrubbing necessary. This will truly be the last large pot I will ever need.

I wasn’t sure what to expect from a product that was only a small fraction of the cost of a La Creuset BUT this Dutch oven is absolutely beautiful!!! I love love love it! The quality and workmanship are obvious immediately!!! The finish is great. The color is consistent and beautiful. The lid to pot fit is great! It cooks evenly! My only problem is after my first time using it I noticed a small chip on the lid that was not there when I started cooking. I will be reaching out to the company directly to see about a replacement lid as Amazon is unable to help me!

I’ve been wanting a Dutch oven for some time and have been browsing products through Amazon. This popped up as “suggested” so I gave it a look. It had some solid reviews, so I pulled the trigger. First and foremost, AMAZING quality for the price. You can feel the weight and the coating is solid. The whole Dutch oven feels like one worth 5x the price (and I’ve seen those ones!) The size is perfect for soups, chowders and of course, bread! (7 quarts) My first use was bread. Popped it in a 450° oven to warm it up. I made a garlic cheese bread dough, lined it with parchment paper, placed it back in the oven and 30 minutes later, perfect bread! Took the top off and allowed it to brown. No discoloration or staining of the Dutch oven, and it cleans like a dream. I highly recommend this for anyone who doesn’t want to spend a fortune, but wants a good quality Dutch oven.

Beautiful color! Love the non stick ceramic coating! It will last a lifetime and is worth the money. It’s huge! Easy to use and hand wash. It works perfectly for a big batch of chowder! The only negative is it’s really heavy when it’s full.

Got 2 for under $55 each before the Christmas price hike! 7 quart Martha Steward cast iron enameled pot is awesome. White is going to be hard to keep white. But, who really cares when it performs like it should. These pots were gifts and both recipients love them! Be careful, enameled cookware chips easily - all brands do. You can pay over $200 dollars for a Le Cruset. The enameled coating will be slightly thicker than on less expensive pot. However, those very expensive Le Cruset's chip just like all of the others. Save a hundred plus bucks and watch for price breaks. This Martha Stewart enamelware is very suitable for your needs.

This cast iron Dutch oven is not only gorgeous in color, but also incredibly durable. I've washed it many times — both by hand and in the dishwasher — and the enamel still looks flawless with no chips. It distributes heat evenly and consistently, making it perfect for everything from stovetop searing to slow roasting in the oven. I use it for all our family comfort-food favorites, and it never disappoints. A true kitchen workhorse that’s as functional as it is beautiful. Highly recommend!

La olla es muy bonita, como todo lo de Martha Stewart. Me encanta que el calor se distribuye bien y me parece que los tiempos de cocción se reducen. La olla se ve de buenísima calidad, se limpia muy fácil. Sólo sí hay que tener cuidado en no golpearla para que no se despostille el esmalte y claro, considerar que son utensilios bastante pesados, por lo que no lo recomiendo para personas con poca fuerza en sus manos o algún padecimiento que limite la movilidad de sus articulaciones.
