I usually start my Amazon shopping adventure by reading the negative reviews. Often I turn away from a product because of them. However, I also read the postive ones and I'm glad I didn't let the naysayers deter me from this purchase. Mine came with a handy-damdy extension piece which allows for easy sizing. Lose or gain a few pounds, you will still still be able to adjust the length to your circumference without needing to purchase a replacement. I find this lumbsr brace/belt comfortable, easily adjustable and effective. It helps stabilize my compromised lower back which has withstood more than one discectomy/lamenectomy. The pully system adds stability without compromising the ability to move freely. The compression is easily adjustable. Overall, wearing the brace gives a feeling of assurance that injury can be avoided by a sudden accidental movement. The quality appears to be excellent. The material is breathable. The price certainly seems fair for what you receive. There is a useful removable stiffener that adds to support when needed, but can be removed when additional comfort is desired. This is the second back brace I own. I misplaced the original for a time and really can't do without. This one is lighter than the first, but just as useful. I use them alternately. I think one of the reasons I chose to purchase this one is it's pretty! Am very happy with this product.

FREETOO Back brace was the best purchase I made to date. It truly helped with my Lower Back injury. Believe me when I say it is comfortable, easy to wear and helps Reinforce and relieve Back Pain. Works really well for my lower back pain/sciatic pain. Gives my back addition support while working. Only dislike is, it feels scratchy on my direct skin so I have to wear an undershirt with it. Can not see it under my shirt

If you are looking for a back belt for your spine this one is great for the gym. I love it myself and it helps me not hurt myself. It’s worth every dollar$$$$ It is great to build muscle. It is great on Disability for everyday wear. It gives me great back support when I am working out at the gym lifting heavy stuff cause I have back problems and this is the only back brace came along and I said let me try this one. It fits comfortable and it helps your back out. From September 18, 2025 until now February 12, 2026 I felt great and I am building muscle at the gym when I do my deadly squats and when I left any type of weight from the ground up or even doing squats on my neck and squat down, I’ll wear it and it helps relax the muscle and help me through the workout. I can still walk and move normally while wearing it, which is important. Adjustability: Very easy to adjust. You can tighten or loosen it to get the exact amount of pressure you want on your lower back. Ease of Use: Simple to put on and take off. No complicated setup. Stability / Quality: It stays in place and doesn’t shift around. The build quality feels solid and durable. Overall: This brace does exactly what it’s supposed to do: provide proper lumbar support. It’s not a replacement for core strengthening or exercise, but as a medical support product, it works extremely well. I was really impressed with this brace considering o have had so many and hate almost every one of them! I was tired of buying the same brace that you just tighten the elastics for support and can’t eat or fart in. This has a built in corset style backing that is independent of the main elastic and it gives great support in the right place without squeezing the bejesus out of you. I loosen or release the corset part when sitting for a long period of time. It doesn’t ride up as much as my other ones have but occasionally I adjust it to sit a bit further down on my hips. So glad they have this for a women’s frame! Great fit, and I’m very happy with my purchase
