This door lock is seriously awesome, I love having it. It adds such a cool touch to the place. The only real downside is that it's not super straightforward to install. You definitely need someone with a bit of know-how to get it set up right. But once it's in, it's totally worth it!

Very bad quality
I received the lock and returned back to my country and was surprised that the lock is not working , don’t buy try to get better quality with well known brand, this one is unbranded

Good smart lock , excellent service but poor on connectivity with app
Lock is nice & good features like inbuilt camera, multiple type of keys, good price & safety lock , but failed to connect with mobile app even after multiple attempts

المنتج جيد ولكن ناقص القلب ،، ما استفيد من وجود المفتاح ابدا
للاسف طلبت ٢ ، والمفاجأة لا يستفاد من المفتاح الميكانيكي ابدا. ولا يوجد طريقه ميكانيكيه غير كهربائية سوى المفتاح اللذي لا يعمل !! والمفروض ان توجد قطعه للقلب تجعل المفتاح صالح للعمل ويفتح الباب ولكن لا يوجد. مع العلم طلب ٢ قبل كذا لنوع اخر من نفس المتحر بمقاس اكبر وكان رائع جدا

Never buy this product
Very bad quality and functionality as well . It opens by any fingerprint even who not registered . Not user friendly setup and programming . Return period was too short .

لا يوجد دليل مستخدم رغم ضرورة توفرها تحديدا لمثل هذه المنتجات
المنتج جيد جداً ومفيد ولكن للأسف تم تقديم طلب إرجاع بسبب عدم وجود دليل تركيب وبرمجة, أول مرة أشتري منتج ولا يوجد دليل المستخدم مع المنتج ولا رمز QR ولا مقطع فيديو ولا أي شي يوضح طريقة التركيب والإستخدام، رغم أن منتجات موقع امازون المفترض تكون من أفضل المنتجات ومتوفر فيها طرق الإستخدام والتركيب وثقتي فيها كبيرة جداً ولكن بائع هذا المنتج في نظري هو أحد العوامل السيئة التي تأثر سلباً على ثقة العملاء في موقع أمازون، وأشكر خدمة عملاء امازون على المساعدة ولكن للأسف دون جدوى....
