I just herniated a disk in my neck, and this has been my saving grace to manage the pain. I also get tension headaches quite frequently and this helps a lot with those too. First of all, it smells AMAZING- like you're at a spa! Second, it weighs a good amount, which feels ao good on the neck :& shoulders. I used this for stiffness and pain in my neck. It is soft to the touch, has a nice flowery scent when heated in the microwave, holds the heat for quite a while. It fits up the neck and across the shoulder, it has a nice weight to it. Just wish it came in a darker colour as it cannot be washed.

I used it for a month, it’s not as wide and big or filled like the picture. After a month the inside came out and it burned in the mircowave.

This neck warmer smells absolutely dreadful. It's very soft and comfortable but the smell is intolerable

This product is terrible.. everytime you put it in the microwave, the stuffing burns! I had to throw it out
