This works for our needs but would not depend on this to "clean the air". It does warm a small bedroom nicely but you cannot control the humidity and will wake up soaked and sweaty. DO NOT LEAVE WATER IN IT FOR more that 24 hours. If you didnt use all the water in the reservoir overnight EMPTY it out. We left it with water and didnt use it one night, the next night turned it on and it filled the room with musty moldy smell. had to remove the back and clean the cloth belt with bleach and soap and leave out to air dry

Poor humidity during winter months = sitting duck for bad colds! I used these units in my old house. One in my office and one in each bedroom. Couple bullet points- The heat works very well, but no thermostat. Only low, med, high.- The humidifier works great! Works well with both hear AND humidifier working simultaneously.- I travel with this unit during winter months because of dry hotel rooms- Unquestionably the best dual heater/humidifier on the market!- Tank can hold about .75 gal

Good deal for how it works and the price. You can tell that they skimped a bit on material quality, but that's why it is on the cheaper side. The dual humidifying function and heating will benefit your health and perhaps even the heating bill.

stopped working 10 weeks after I purchased. Can only refund up to 30 days... beware. Envion's customer service department is a trainwreck of incompetence.

Wish it had an auto off feature for when tbe heat is on or timed ahut off.Pretty quiet. Works good for a 10x 10 room.Did notice sound others complain about, i just remove the filter and put back in to make sound go away. Good for what it is and how it does it for fairly cheaper prices.

Very easy to use, great to have these options available. Can be wonky, such as the light being on when there was plenty of water was in the tank. Only a bit faulty, otherwise its a great product.

I have purchased two of these humidiheaters in the past 2-3 years. We bought our first one a few years ago and used it all the time. It was a perfect fit for our family room. My husband and I loved that it was tall and slim as have a small house. We also loved that it was both a humidifier and a heater all in one. This way we could heat the living room, which we are in most of the time, and not have to turn the heat up so high. It was an added bonus to not have to have a separate humidifier in the living room, as our house gets very dry in the winter. We typically only use it in the winter months and when I went to use earlier this winter, it wouldn't turn on. I went to see if it was plugged in and the outlet where it was plugged in was rusty looking, like there was a small fire or something got very hot in it. Also the plug had melted from the plastic making it not plug into the wall anymore. We really like the other features of this humidiheater and couldn't find any other brand, so we thought we would give it another try. We don't keep it on for long periods of time simply because of our previous experience. After being on for only an hour, the plug is extremely hot. I'm very disappointed in this product as it appears to be a big fire hazard. I do not recommend this product to anyone.

unit made a clicking noise when running. I had to fix it myself.
