Least favored of three brands I've used
This does the job, but -- unlike other, hand-held punches I've bought at craft stores -- this one doesn't work unless I put it on a table and mash down. Also, I can't see where on the paper it's going to punch the shape. I guess it was a bargain at $5.99 at Tuesday Morning, but I wouldn't be happy if I'd paid full price. The best one I've used is a squeeze punch, and I'm sorry the brand name isn't on it. Easy to use and easy to see where you're punching. No paper wasted.
