Bought these two automatic opening trash cans for the bathroom - they are perfect for the space. Previously I had larger cans and they took up too much space and were always "open" at the top. These smaller sized cans allow me to put them in tight corners in bathroom and with the auto opening top - I never need to touch them until time to empty. Also, I really appreciate the top opens when your hand is 12-18 inches away - so no need to bend down and get right on top of the can to use. Very sturdy, white color goes with everything, and I just clean with a lysol wipe every once in a while. Great product - highly recommend.

For traditional trash cans, they are wonderful and perfect size. For the "Gadget" side of things, not so much. The lid will phantom open all the time. It's kinda weird, but I think it must happen with shadows, lights, etc. If you're fine with that, then get it! You can also choose a setting to always keep the lid open which is what I've done in one bathroom to avoid the phantom openings. Then if the trash is getting full or guest are coming, manually shutting it. You might can find better "automatic" ones, idk. But these are cute and not badly priced.

The trash can works so well. I needed something to keep my dog out of the trash and this did the job at a great price! Lid opens and stays open for about 5 seconds and then closes on its own. Lightweight, easy to empty and good battery life.

These trashcans are good value. These are functional and inexpensive.I use these next to the toilet. The sensor is sensitive and please easy to trigger.There are two ways of triggering the sensor, either through movement or manually pressing on button.My wife really likes them because they prevent the smell to get out.They look thin, but fairly sturdy.

The smart trash can is the best thing since sliced bread!! With the automatic lid closure my dog cannot pull anything out and make a mess! It’s a great size for the bathroom, office and next to your favorite chair.
