I only sleep on my side. And I have always used a regular bed pillow between my knees for comfort. This one stays in place because of the strap, even when you move or turn over. Makes me more comfortable all night long and I definitely get a great night's sleep. And it will be nice and easy to unzip the cover and throw it in the washing machine. Love it!!

It doesn’t go completely flat- it still keeps my knees from banging together or touching. Which is why I bought it. But I doubt it’s changing angles or posture much. I was hoping maybe it would help my hip pain, reading the reviews, but not so far. It’s soft, not too hot, the strap works pretty well. I like that it’s adjustable. Some people mentioned their leg doesn’t fit in the groove- mine does, but a much bigger leg wouldn’t. If it helps you, mine is 19” around a few inches above the knee while standing. Of course it widens when I lay down. If you are within a few inches of that, you’ll be fine.

I love my pillow. I have lower back pain. I’m also a side sleeper. Whenever I sleep utilizing my pillow my back is aligned and I rarely wake up in pain.

I wanted to like this knee pillow but it was just too stiff for me. The pillow is high quality but I still have complaints. It doesn’t stay cool and the stiffness is definitely an issue. It wouldn’t be so noticeable if it was a little smaller but being a 5’3” female, it was too large for my frame and put a lot of stress on my hips. I woke up in more pain.

It’s ok. It fits awkward between my knees. Unsure if it should be a different shape. Feels bulky. But I appreciate the smaller than a pillow size.

Don't get it, the memory foam is really sticky and makes you sweat in your knees. Threw it away after a disappointing week.

The pillow is so comfortable and allows me to sleep on my side without my legs feeling really heavy on each other.
