I am been using this product for last One Month after purchase. It is working very nicely. Since I have previously used Belkin Cooling pad which I bought for free in offer 6 years back, I can compare this one with my old experience. And this product at less than half the cost of Belkin stands equal, perhaps even better, hope so. I was surprised to read some negative rating for this product on net. This might be because customer is supplied with similar looking low-quality product from NON-Amazon verified seller. One should always go for mazon verified seller.Pro's:1. Noise-free2. Perfectly fits my Hefty Dell Studio 1555 laptop, for that matter would be for any laptop3. The Height Adjustment is well designed4. Has on-off switch to switch Fan on-off5. It has one USB port, too6. Keep it up Amazon services!PackagingWhen I received the carton it was with a few tears on the edges of it. May be because of some handling or distribution from location to location but, the air pouches were like a well nest for the product. It have arrived in my hands so cozy. I'd like to rate 3.9 out of 5 for it.UnpackingThe product seems in good color and shape as anticipated even though, I was a bit skeptical about the exterior scratches on the carton. Nothing much to exasperate about it. In pretty short, it was balanced.Quality CheckThe way the product has been designed doesn't seems excellent, but good to say it is well built in quality. Erstwhile, I was curious to see the colors gonna throw from this product, well I mean the led glued just behind the fan. Without any indisposition, I've unwrapped the USB cable trussed with it and just plugged the wires to laptop USB port. Hurray! It was blue and the fan was quiet silent to run the show. Overall the experience crafted my mind to write up 3.8 out of 5.

I bought this product a week ago. As usual, the service from Amazon has been impeccable. Very nice packaging and delivery has been really quick.I loved that product.It is good to use it.And fan speed should have been little bit more but its ok . The product is also a very good Value for money.Even price is not so high quite affordable. At INR 400+, it does a very good job. I use a Hp pavilion 15.6 , and it creates some amount of heat. I had to get a cooling pad at any cost. So, after doing a lot of research, I bought this one, and I must say, it is a very nice product. The temperature has gone down by at least 6-7 deg, if not more, though I haven't measured it. But the laptop seems to running a lot cooler now.I THINK IT IS A GOOD COOLING PAD AT LOW PRICE.I DON'T THINK IT WOULD BE LESSER THAN THAT.

Hey i bought this product a few days back and to be honest this is not a great product. I was searching for a good laptop stand under 1,000 and this struck me. If you're purpose is to cool your laptop please don't this !!!. There are far better products and talking about the laptop stand, it is not very sturdy even though it has rubber supports in the base. Just a 2/5 product. My basic purpose was to have a laptop stand and this had a cool blue led and a cooling fan. But little lately did i notice that the led light is a bit of an irritation. It is a bit overly bright which straightly gets upon your vision while you're working. I'm thinking of returning this product.

A few days after purchasing it started making a rattling noise. I am using it to keep my wireless router cool, so I didn't mind. Over the course of the next few months, it started getting slower and then one day it just stopped. There was nothing stuck in the fan - it is very poorly designed and has no bearings at all. The central spindle is held in place by plastic washers, and when this fan runs for a stretch of time, the friction heated it so much that the plastic melted (see pic) and dripped below, through the sticker at the bottom, and on to the table below. This is just bad design as there's no lubricant, the spindle is not self lubricating, there's no bearings... in any other country, this product would never have passed any kind of safety standards. The company that tested and passed this product should be banned as it's a very risky product.

The Speed of the Fan is 1000 RPM which is good.Cooling Pad looks strong and it handles my 2KG laptop very easily.You get a USB Hub so that you can use it to connect Your USB Devices.The Black Color Looks Best. And The build is very Strong.Packing by Amazon was really good. It came in Amazon Box with Sealed Air Bubbles.Now, The Speed is good, but your CPU Temperature will not go down. It is not because that this Cooler is slow or bad.But every Laptop Cooler pad which are included with 4 or 5 Fans cannot Reduce your CPU Temperature.The laptop Cooler improve the Stability of The CPU Temperature by Flowing Air.So, All Laptop Cooler just improves the Stability of the CPU Temp.CPU Temp will not go down instead it will remain stable and Temp will not go high.It just helps the CPU Temp to be stable.In Gaming, You can expect Stability of CPU Temp and it will not go too high. In Gaming, you can get less 2°C because of Fan and stability of temp.
