Excellent for physical therapy
I got this for use with my in home physical therapy. It works great and my therapist was very impressed with how it adjusts. I would highly recommend this product.

Great Slant Board; Helps Strengthen Knees & Ankles
Easy to use and assemble, feels like good build quality, and I am a fan of how versatile it is. The grip tape is very grippy, and I never feel like I'm going to slip. I was actually looking for a slant board solely, but this was the cheapest one available. The balance board aspect is just a bonus which I quite like. Definitely a good tool to add to my arsenal of PT stuff.

Very useful for people who find a wobble board too much out of the gate.
I looked long and hard for a board that was wide enough to stabilize back to front and sideways separately, and also slants, so I’d call it a 3 in 1. The wobble board was a bit much, so wanted to strengthen stabilizers in a less frantic way before doing wobble board again. I’m in no hurry and don’t need any more injuries.
