This is probably one of the overall best mugs in this class on the market. Everything about it seems to broadcast quality manufacturing. One thing I like about it that you don't always find in mugs in this range is that it has a flap for drinking without the straw. Usually you have to take the lid off to do that. The top of the straw here is soft silicone so you can drink out of it without removing the straw while still avoiding poking yourself in the eye. Note that it's 36 oz so it's going to weigh a fair amount when full of ice and your beverage of choice but that's to be expected.I can foresee the straw might be a little trouble to clean, but I have the usual set of long brushes and gizmos on hand which should take care of that. LOVE love love the color, love the feel of it, love how much it holds, five full stars. Keeps ice cold for many hours as promised. I would order this again like a shot and will likely order other products from his manufacturer sometime soon.

I'm currently using this tumbler to carry my iced drinks during my commute to work. It does a very good job of keeping drinks cold for hours. Klean Kanteen have been around for about 20 years with a good reputation. When the 36 oz. Rise tumbler came out, I had to get one to replace my old worn out tumbler. It's a solid tumbler with a lot of weight to it. even when empty. the bent silicone topped straw makes it easy to drink out of without having to tilt the tumbler. The part of the straw in the container is stainless steel to keep the drinks cold. I only wish the handle design were a little bit different. For someone with larger hands, it's fine, but the wide, flat design is a bit of a strain for my small hands. Other than that, this one's a solid buy.

I’m not a big fan of designer drinking cups, and I definitely don’t understand the hype around Stanley cups. However, with a long road trip coming up, I realized I needed something big and tall that would keep my drink cold for hours.Instead of opting for a Stanley, I decided the Klean Kanteen better suited my needs. First, I love that the straw is metal but comes with a silicone sleeve, allowing me to drink my smoothies without the unpleasant metal feel on my lips. The handle is long and thin, making it easy to carry, and there’s a very accessible chug spout that you can use instead of a straw. The opening is wide enough that you don’t have to remove the full lid to add more liquid. The lid is fully removable, which makes cleaning a lot easier, and while it’s not 100% spill-proof, it doesn’t spill much when tipped over.I also love the two-tone color of this tumbler and that it’s made with 90% post-consumer waste and no BPA or forever chemicals. In short, I might actually be a convert—but not so much that I’ll start adding accessories to my bottle.

This is a great tumbler for when you need something to fit in your car's cup holder, or otherwise don't want to lug around a giant 60oz canteen (my situation may not be universal I know). It's easy to clean, even the straw if you've got the right sized brush. I do wish the straw was a bit longer, as the solid metal part slips down below the hole in the lid every time-- but I can always swap that out with a different straw on my own. I drink my water too quickly to vouch for very long periods of time, but it did keep my bedside water (iced and filled at 10pm) chilled when I awoke at 4am. The purple colorway is visually nice, too.

I ordered this Klean Kanteen - Rise Tumbler 36oz, Lilac.The good: I've never liked drinking from plastic cups, but I trust stainless steel not to be leaching anything into my water. This stainless steel Klean Kanteen tumbler is huge (36 oz) and has a stainless steel straw on the inside that is topped with silicone where it comes out of the top.The bad: The one thing I will say you should be aware of is its weight. Because it's made of stainless steel it's heavier than a plastic tumbler would be. Totally fine by me, but worth noting.If you're in the search for a stylish stein, this is your cup. This beautiful lilac tumbler will leave you saying "Stanley who?".

Love the Silicone (like) straw tip and the large spout. Easy to clean hold temperatures well. Cute color and nice texture
