I frequently use royal cannin and after royal canin my vetnerian suggest me to shift on focus after giving focus it's give awesome result my puppy grows faster and one more thing some puppy does like it's taste or smell and one more brilliant thing it's nourish skin and coat helthy and shiny

I have a golden retriever. Till 6 months I use to feed him RC and then I decided to switch to Drools as it was getting a little heavy on my wallet. The product is very nice with proper packing and zipper for protection from moisture. My dog absolutely loves the food but I can't say this for all the dogs as mine is a hardcore hungry breed. He will eat pretty much everything that I offer. If feeding your pet is getting hard on your expenditure, you can easily switch to this or something which doesn't have corn or wheat in their ingredients.PLEASE NOTE - Although Pedigree & Drools other variants (milk, chicken ones) are quite a lot cheaper than this or RC, I highly recommend not to go for that as they are made by animal by-products and includes corn and wheat in their ingredients. It's better to spend a little extra on the food than spending a lot on meds later.Also, do remember to buy a 1 or 3 kg pack before going for a big one. Switching time in food varies from breed to breed. Gradually switch to a new food by mixing it with older for a duration of 4-7 days and then you can finally remove the old one. Switching to new completely at once may result in your dog getting confused and rejecting the food.PROS-#It's free from corn & wheat which is like slow poison, especially for dogs.#Bang for the buck, as its manufactured in India, price wise it fits nicely into your budget while giving top quality food (almost on par with RC)#Comes in a good packaging with a zipper to protect the food from moisture.#Your dog's coat, energy & stool will be improved.CONS-#Kibble size is very small, so some dogs like mine may swallow it without chewing. [Place a big stone or rock in your pet's bowl or get a slow eating bowl to remove this problem]#The smell of this food is quite strong so for some it could be an issue. Just keep it zipped after use and there won't be any problem.#Would've been great if they included a measuring cup as well.P.S. - yes that's Vsauce reference in my review title. :-)

Hi All,I have started feeding this food for last one month for my labrador puppy. The growth rate is like 6 kg to 6.8 kg in just last 7 days and 3.5 Kg to 6.8 kg in a month. I recommend you , to buy a small pack first, if your puppy likes to eat, then continue with medium size pack and then you can go for large pack. I use to give (60 x 3) 180 gm per Day. Started feeding this food when she was 82 days and now she is 112 days. Though, as per guidelines, you should start feeding this food after 3 months of age. I heat the food in a micro-oven with 100 ml water for 1 min. Keep minimum 20 mins to cool it down and soak the water before serving.

Great Purchase, will buy again. Better than others in market. Contains no useless fillers, thanks. I recommend this to guys who are searching food for loving pets.I was last using Classic CP, Drools .. now I think focus is definitely better. Better than RC too.My Saint is 18 months now, and our one lab is 9monthsFeeding Tips:You can give dalia, porridge, oats, rotis, eggs, rice, curd, etc to dogs. Mix it up with other things. for large/giant breed, e.g. for my st.bernard i make : dog food granuals 150g/200g + curd or milk with 1egg + hot water, keep it for few minutes then give to the dog. Also give 2-3 wheat bread slices or roti. I generally give this food 3 times per day to puppies till 7 to 8 months, after that it depends on size and breed, etc. Reduce to 2 times per day Try to keep the diet under control. Keep a check on deworming schedule. For giant breeds don't give them too much food. Diet of Labrador and St.Bernard there is not much difference. So dont give them to much to eat. Keep the diet in check, weight the food every time. Morning, afternoon and night. bcoz some people give too much food and they eat gup gup so fast. Large Qty feeding can cause them to become fat, then it may cause hip & other problems specially in giant breed like st bernard. Give 3 medium size diets instead of 2 large feeding per day.

My dog is not eating it..... He rejects it

I was hesitating to switch from RC Maxi Junior to Focus. As RC was way beyond my budget. I tried focus to see how it goes. I bought a 4 kg packet and mixed with RC for few days. My 5 Months old GSD liked RC more than Focus. They don't like to eat Focus but if i give it with boiled chicken or rice or dahi, they eat it. The growth is absolutely good and i liked it. The only problem is the taste. My dogs hate it so i have to mix it with something so that they can eat. Perfect but taste needs to be improved.

Good quality dog food in affordable price nice growth and my rottweiler can easily digest it.He likes the taste also .
