Husband is very happy with his present. Pros - It is keeping him occupied for hours. Cons - he now thinks i am interested in star wars and the history of this particular pointy thing. It's also huge and will end up somewhere on display in our house. He is enjoying building it. It seems to fit together as it should. Value for money is subjective. It is pricey but was worth it to see a 40 year old act like a 10 year old when opening his valentines day present.

It is lego. And Star Wars. Asked the husband to comment. He looked at me, said its great and fits in his office but isn't as good as his millenium falcon which is mounted in a plastic display box. Not sure they can be compared but still. It is an easy build he said, but he enjoyed it.

Excellent product, one of the better large Lego UCS sets. X Wing for example is very fragile when being moved. This set feels much more solid.

Fantastic Lego product. My first UCS set and biggest, in terms of physical size and number of pieces, I have ever built. A joy to build and to see how much effort the designers put into this. A bit fragile when assembled but it is for display and not playing with. The display stand really shows off the entire model and cannot wait to put it into a display box for all to see. Worth every penny.

Any Star Wars enthusiasts would simply love this. Guaranteed to keep any 21 yr old quiet for a few days.

De verzenddoos is maar net iets groter als de legodoos. Hierdoor is de legodoos beschadigd tijdens transport. Na vervanging precies hetzelfde weer een te kleine omdoos. Verzend de legodoos in een grotere omdoos zodat de legodoos niet beschadigd raakt.

Der LEGO Star Wars TIE-Abfangjäger ist ein wirklich gelungenes Set für alle Fans der klassischen Star-Wars-Raumschiffe. Der Aufbau macht Spaß und ist angenehm abwechslungsreich, ohne zu kompliziert zu werden. Besonders beeindruckend ist das markante Design mit den seitlichen Flügeln, das sehr nah am Filmvorbild liegt. Das fertige Modell wirkt stabil und eignet sich sowohl zum Spielen als auch zum Ausstellen. Die Proportionen sind gut getroffen und der TIE-Abfangjäger macht im Regal definitiv etwas her. Auch die enthaltene Minifigur ist ein schönes Extra und passt gut zum Gesamtbild des Sets. Insgesamt bietet das Set eine gute Mischung aus Spielwert und Sammlerqualität.
