Every one over thirty should read and follow

If you read one book this year, consider this one.
This is a phenomenal, must-read book. Towards the end, it felt a little repetitive and overstayed its welcome by maybe 20 pages, but overall, it's a life-changer. There's a lot of technical health information as well, but it's laid out in simple terms. I was instantly inspired to follow the call to action laid out in the book, and I can already feel the positive changes.

Absolut lesenswert und unterhaltsam dazu
Die Autoren haben es geschafft, die neuesten Erkenntnisse über Altersforschung interessant und auch vergnügsam zu präsentieren. Vieles weiß man schon aus anderen Medien, aber hier wird einem noch einmal vieles bewusst und animiert zum Handeln.

The book is fine but they tell that you will find the exercises but it's not true. They only give you 5. Very disappointing

Grate for retirement planning.
Very helpful in my retirement planning .I wish you had the Spanish version for many friends of mine.First time I read it in Spanish. I lost it and I found that Barcelona editors are not printing the book in this language any more. Too bad. Thank you.
