This product is consuming more battery and working is not upto the mark I am not satisfied with the product quality

Do not buy this, it seems it an old model and has compatibility issues with Windows 10.For me, the mouse kept disconnecting every 3-4 seconds of unuse, only way to connect it again was to turn off the mouse and turn it back on. On continuous use i.e. continuously moving the mouse it worked but as soon as I stopped for 3-5 seconds the mouse stopped responding (the red light below glows so its not the mouses power management causing the issue I think).Tried all possible options suggested (windows update, viewed event log no error there, disabling power mgmt, different usb port, different pc and also tried on Ubuntu OS) but the issue persisted.Mouse is ergonomic and seems comfortable to hold though. But whats the use if it disconnects in such a manner.Worst of all, Amazon is only offering replacement, so I have serious doubts whether the replacement will work. Have asked for replacement, lets see how that goes, will update here.Update: Recieived replacement mouse, it is working as expected. So good for now. Updating rating to 4 as mentioned above the mouse is ergonomically designedand comfortable to use.

Today is exactly 2 yrs I have been using this mouse, I took this for back office work which requires a tones of clicks to do, Not a single issue I have ever faced till date. Purely handy to use, very perfectly your palm grabs it. I must say every single penny of it worth to buy.

Review not for the mouse but for the amazon delivery. Amazon delivery is delayed, they promised me the mouse within 1 week. As this was my first purchase from the amazon, i thought that like flipkart and snapdeal, i will get the product within 1 and 2 days. 4 days 5 days but nothing and now the time has been up too. When contacted the Amazon customer care, they said that i should have chosen guaranteed delivery for product within 1 day. That was so kind of you Amazon, as if i have never bought the products from flipkart and as if i don't know they deliver me the products within 2 days without paying anything extra. And not they are saying that there is a serious issue with transportation and the product might be delayed even more to reach me by 7 November. I am quite satisfied by this mouse but it creates some problems after a year.the curser of mouse is not stop on screen. It will continually moving rectangularly.The battery performance was very very good.If you and continuesly on the mouse that case battery will down in 10 to 11 months but if you care the mouse and turn off button after completing your work it will be down in 2 year nearly.Mouse is very Hendy,if your plam is bigger than you can buy it.

Before you buy read completely,I used this mouse for almost 1 year (bought this in May 2019) I worked very much fine, but later after 10 months scroll button problem, and then left click and the right click one by one the problem started and now it’s not working any more the sensor also dipped finally after 12 months, now it works on its own principles and lawsThought HP product would atleast serve for 2-3 years but not even a year, only for brand name then go for it else think twice to even invest in it
