It is not getting charged with Solar energy.How this problem can be rectified?

Product was good as described but there was some problem in 12 volt socket but seller has refunded my money..Seller talked well..behaved well and finally he refunded my money...5 star for seller ...best seller

This product never ever start any pc or light or fan or even cctv or TV, I have brought one transfer device or USB adapters(which coster 2000Rs) in short which gives 3 pin plug, means then I can use the above all device with 3 pin facility,but then I used this on light, when it started the light was dim but the battery was full in it means it haa less power, by seeing this I have not tried on my pc and cctv or TV or else I will loss my home device for this thing, one more thing if u want to return this then u have to got to manufactor of this then give to them they will not come here or else we have to courier to them after that if product is good then only u will get money or else tata bye bye to this product, make sure this is only for normal use like it will give light which is in build, charging your phone and solar charging only and it will use more space then normal torch and power bank and this 2 r more cheaper than this, by reading this u will come to know what I saying, if u have any other idea to use this then plz tell me blz I have this still at home not any use, ty

Sir,there must be inbuilt 10 w led tubelight can give light as per Philips led so even book reading comfortably .there must be three pin soket to connect ups linking with desk top computer or for 30 w dc fan.

At first glance the Product is goodIn full sun light.... How much time to take for full charging

The product is good wish it came with a plug to connect a computer.not every computer charges with usb. Additional purchase is required.Unless u are in the open and sun is blazing the product doesn't start charging. The solar panel charge with heat of sun only not light. Plus the issue is not water proof Y Y Y.

Its solar recharging system is too slow; for all practical purposes it has to be recharged through the mains. It is grossly over-priced. Its charger is sub-standard and often fails to charge. And now, after less than four years, the whole thing has fallen dead.On paper the unit carries a twelve year warranty. But this is a fraudulent commitment. My piece has gone dead in less than four years. The vendor listed on the email doesn't respond. And nobody in the outside market knows how to repair the item.Truly one of the worst products sold on Amazon!
