This product worked as advertised. The instructions were detailed and easy to follow. The suction worked great and removal was seamless. I was worried that the cups wouldn’t come off well, but they did. I applied the suction cups to my 23 year old daughter and was a little concerned at first; however, she was happy with the outcome. She did sustain some bruising. I recommend a light suction at first and then apply more once you see how that does. I am pleasantly surprised at the quality and functionality of this product and the low price. I recommend this product.

This set is awesome. So easy to use. I’ve always been curious about cupping and this was an awesome first choice. Having the pump for suction saves a lot of time and works very well. A+! I highly recommend this product and feel like after having it for only hours I am already benefiting greatly from it!

Overall, this is a pretty decent product. The quality of the cups is good along with having many cups to choose from. However the valve on the inside of the cups is not great. On several occasions, it will not hold the pressure and we will have to continously keep pumping the air out in order to continue. Overall the product is decent for the price point it is at. When we do get it to work, it really does help with muscle aches and pains. It is unfortunate that some of the cups wont hold pressure.

I can't really say too much on this item. I didn't personally use the cups. I did pump the vacuum pump while the cups were on someone else. Definitely a new experience. I can comment on price, packaging, quality. Quality seems pretty good. Pricing was fair. Comes in a decent little box to store pieces, pump, etc.Pretty interesting science or method behind this. I have a lot more to learn. But it's something new and interesting, so right on harrd on.NOTE: If you follow manual and pump until the skin reaches the level suggested in the manual it will definitely show later on. Very noticeable about 2 days after the cupping session. Be mindful of where you put the cups. People might get the wrong idea cuz there are a group of bruises on your shoulder or anywhere noticeable.

I've had this cupping set for 7 weeks used it 3 times The hand hand suction device that is used on the entire kit has quit working which makes the entire kit useles I am so disappointed I use this on my back for tension relief

Genuinely didn’t know if this would work, I had a really bad cold and aches that made my back just miserable. Especially in an upper part you can never crack or get yourself. I got these as a last resort because I didn’t want to keep relying on asprin. I was able to hook this around and get the spots I needed. I didn’t have it on as long as suggested but you can tell where it’s darker on the sides of the rings that I had congestion and inflammation released. The magnetic points included are also a must! It’s a pinch for the first 2 minutes about after that + when you take them off omg I felt like a 12 year old with how good my back felt. I did this on my bf after a shoulder workout and he was so surprised with how it relieved the stains. 12/10 product

This cupping set is easy for me to use. The suction is very good and can last quite a long time as you want. My chiropractor told me that cupping is like deep tissue massage for pain relief and I think there is some trueth in it. 24 different size cups are enought for me. Price is reasonable to me, too.
