Arrived damaged with sharp metal shavings
Arrived damaged, not due to shipping. 100s of sharp, metal shavings and chunks were inside the plastic wrap and sliced a hole in the awning case. I unzipped the case ,and pieces were also inside with the awning. The pieces are obviously from the aluminum backplate which attaches to a camper/roofrack. I am still having trouble trying to get a replacement due to it being 3rd party. ROAM is trying to say it happened during shipping, but pictures show otherwise. Buyer beware. Bad quality control and even worse customer service will make you rue the day you purchased this.
