Definitely a little skeptical at first, but gave it a shot, take two capsules in the morning and then one or two in the afternoon,when combined with a healthy lifestyle it definitely helped me lose weight,I noticed a big difference in energy levels and endurance as well which I hadn’t expected!

I used to take the blue bottle when i was in my 20s. I lost 50lbs within 3 months. But i did notice it stopped working after a while. I had alot of loose skin and flab that i could easily suck in or hide with tight clothing. I upgraded to the red bottle to help burn the excess fat. I just took the last pill in the red bottle and i weighed myself. I started at 185lbs on September 2nd. Its october 11th and i weigh in at 156lbs. Please PLEASE ..DRINK WATER when taking these. Red bottle does cause slight diarrhea but less cramping/bloating like the blue bottle caused. Drink water, as it will dehydrate you.

These capsules work--after a few days I had dropped pounds. However, like many others have said, it's to the expense of your health. I feel jittery all day after taking them and they definitely aren't easy on the stomach. I found as long as I took all four pills before 3:00, I had no problem falling asleep. I can't keep my hands from shaking after taking them either, which is a little frightening. However, like I said, they do what they're supposed to do, which is encourage rapid weight loss, so I guess you have to decide if it's worth all the jitters to you.

These capsules are real killer, I would strongly suggest either consult your doctor or stop taking the moment you feel your heart beats are impounding, your sleeps are impaired, too much sweating. I started getting rapid heartbeats, too much sweating, sleepless nights, impaired decision making as you feel like high after taking these capsules. On one of the nights, I could not sleep whole night. I thought of calling 911 because my heart beats were off the chart and very high sweats with delusional head, that kind of arrhythmia I have never ever faced in my life.I am a healthy 33 years old man, with 5'10" height, 160 lbs. What I wanted to reduce some love angles and belly and that's why I tried using these capsules- one in Morning around 7 AM and one in afternoon around 3 PM. I continue my diet and my exercise as it was.Now I have returned these capsules, but hope my review will help others to make the rightful decision. These capsules are not worth the pain these cause to you. These are not FDA approved for a reason and these capsules should not be over the counter.Please think and do your homework before ordering these capsules, all that pain is really not worth. Your loved ones will still love you with those few extra pounds.

idk how this works for everybody but if im going to workout in the afternoon i have to take two, 3hours before and on an empty stomach. so its basically the first thing i consume when i wake up. and for some reason on days when i take the pills im always soooo hungry by lunch! which i guess is because it gives me more energy and i burn calories like crazyit really does work like it keeps me on task and i legit get everything done.. which is a miracle lolgotta be careful though.. i dont take it all the time and deff consult a doctor or something if you know something like this will harm you.. i have a mild case of anxiety and i have to keep myself from getting so worked up when im on these, so yeah know yourself and what you can handle

I found these at wal mart several years ago. I thought let me try these all I wanted to do was lose 25 pounds. Well I not only lost the 25 pounds I have great energy! I take 2 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon. I don't need to lose any more but I still take them for the energy. I read reviews on these and I have to say I have never had any of these side effects. I did not go on a diet. I eat what I want when I want I just don't eat as much. I have found it's not what you eat it's how much you eat. And yes you must be some what mobile! Sitting and watching tv does not help out at all. Go for walks. Mow your lawn, clean your house. I am 55 and I feel great!

I wish I could have rated it higher but this product only made me crave more food. The first day I took it it seemed to have worked but on the second day I was starving an hour after breakfast. I know that it worked for some people but clearly it wasn't meant for everyone. I like oxy elite pro so I'll just stick with that.
