We got this OPKING Dog Grooming Arm with 5pcs Pet Bath Brush to help in grooming a medium sized dog. It attaches to our table securely and makes it easier to keep the dog where we need him to be. The brushes are helpful, as well.It's better than trying to hold him while grooming him. I am happy to have this set.

This seems pretty nice but it is smaller than I was anticipating. I can't imagine using this with anything but a smaller dog. Also, you will need some kind of table to clamp it to. The clamp can accommodate about a 1.5" thick table. Maybe all of this is common sense. But, I am new to this and still trying to figure it out.

Haven't had the opportunity to use this yet. I'm an amateur groomer and chose this to help me groom my aging doxie mix whose idea of protesting is to plop his generous rump down, refusing to let me groom near his tail. This set supplies a stomach support band which I hope will hinder his informal protest gestures. I can't review it with the experience and comparison abilities that a professional skillled groomer can, but for my occasional use, it should fit the bill. Durability won't be an issue given the infrequent use it will have in my home.Looks easily assembled and I'm glad to have an at-home option when we can't make it into the professional groomer's facility.

I have had show dogs (Samoyeds) for over 40 years and used various grooming arms during that time. This set is definitely for small to medium dogs, not my larger breed. That being said, this is a sturdy arm, easy to assemble and disassemble and pack, not like a one piece grooming arm which can be awkward when packing the car for a road trip. The screw fasten tightly, including the one that attaches to the table, another plus. I prefer the cloth noose for the dog's head, but can see the benefit of the two nooses to keep the dog from sitting. I don't use haunch loops for my bigger dogs as the dogs can put too much torsional force on the grooming arm when attempting to sit and snap the arm. That being said, this setup could be good for a young puppy to help train them to stand on the table. I doubt that I will use the five piece bath brush. The bristles are short and soft, good for a very short coat only. The finger tooth brushes are okay but not something that would be a plus or minus when selecting a grooming arm. I took one star off for the bath set as it does not add to the value of the grooming arm.

Extremely sturdy and really locks into place. Easy to extend the arm.

There's one bolt/screw that is welded at such an odd angle. it is basically on a circular tube and instead of beading all the way around the bolt so to speak. Its just two teenie welds top and bottom. If enough force is used it may snap. So, that's something to be mindful of. Otherwise, it is super nice and seems that it will work well for my labradoodles. The soap brush is super nice and I believe will work well on my great dane. I love the added accessories. Once, my new blades come in I will update on how it all worked after using it.
