Works well
This product is relatively expensive, but works well.Especially I love the point that Intel SSD toolbox works for this product. Therefore, when this is built as raid, still trim is effective by using application's optimization function.

Great drive at a good price
The Intel Series 530 mSata ssd has been a life-safer for my HP laptop, breathing in new life with its 240 GB capacity. It is very fast in its operations. Recommend it with no reservations.

Could be better...
UPDATE: 8/19/16 - After 8TB of writes, this drive has developed some extreme write latencies. This is using AHCI, SSD Toolbox, trim, etc. So down to 3 stars. If you have the choice, go with the 730 240GB 2.5" drive instead. I found this to be just a tad underwhelming for heavy use. But much better than the Crucial unit it replaced.

Better luck next time, I guess...
It was good and a solid performer while it lasted. Failed after less than four months of light usage. Was no longer recognized by any computer. Have not encountered this issue with any other Intel SSD that I've owned. Intel's warranty support was very poor and was unresponsive. Replacement took several weeks. Their usual warranty portal can't identify these products by serial number or part number. Intel is used to dealing with OEMs, not end-users or people who build their own systems. Will likely think twice before purchasing another Intel SSD in the future.

Easy installation.
Automatically configured itself as the spare in my raid 5 workstation using Intel RST with three Intel 240GB SSD drives. Easy installation.
