I have two silver bracelets and decided to mixed it with a golden one and this one not only it was a nightmare to open each charm because they were stuck an I had to used TWO tools to open them but now they randomly get stuck and pinch me and the wont do the smooth bracelet curve but are like boxie.I'm so disappointed.
