This smart keypad door lock has been an excellent upgrade for our home. It was very easy to install and swap out with our existing lock, and the setup process was quick and straightforward. Having both the keypad entry and spare keys gives us flexibility and convenience for everyday use. We're currently using it on the garage entry door to our home, and it has provided an added sense of security and peace of mind. The keypad is easy to program, and changing access codes is simple when needed. It is reassuring to know that family members can enter without worrying about carrying a key while still having backup keys available. The lock feels sturdy, reliable, and well-made, making it a great choice for anyone looking to improve home security. I was shocked how easy this was to install! I was replacing an existing exterior door knob. Took off the old one, and this new one fit the existing holes perfectly! It was just a few steps to install: Insert and screw in the interior mechanism. Screw on the interior posts to the outside half. Position in the outside half and thread the wire connector to the inner side. Remove the knob from the inner half. Connect the wire to the inner half. Screw the two halves together. Re-attach the inner knob. Insert four AA batteries. All done! It helped that the instructions were very well laid out and written. No broken English. Step-by-step instructions. The only tool I needed that wasn't provided was a screwdriver. (You'll need more tools if you are starting with a raw door and need to make the holes in the door and door jam.) Operation is easy, with nice features. There is a default factory Master Code you need to change first (easy instructions). Then use the Master Code and follow the instructions to program the options: Auto-lock on or off: On if you want it to lock automatically after a programmed number of seconds. Off if you want it to lock manually only (hold any number key for 2 seconds to lock). Seconds for auto-lock: set from 5 to 99 seconds. User entry codes: Set up to 20 custom entry codes. This allows everyone in the household to have their own. You can also set one up temporarily, e.g. for a house guest, and later remove it. Vacation mode on/off: The custom entry codes don't work when on - only the Master Code. One-time code. Silent mode on/off. "Locking" the door simply makes it so turning the knob on the outside does not turn the latch to open the door. Turning the knob on the inside always turns the latch. When the door is locked, you can unlock from the outside by entering the Master Code or any of the programmed user codes: 1. Push any button to illuminate the number pad, if desired. 2. Push the buttons for the entry code. 3. Push the "Yamiry" button below the numbers. The green light will turn on, beep is heard, and the door is unlocked. For security, if someone is with you that you don't want to see the entry code, you can add digits before and/or after the code when entering it on the keypad and it will still work. There are also two keys provided, which will also open the door from the outside. Another nice feature is the usb port on the bottom side of the outside. Should the batteries go dead, you can attach a power pack to operate the door until the batteries are replaced (or use a USB power instead of batteries all the time). The engineering and materials are great. They are well made, solid parts. Nothing is flimsy. I expect it to last many, many years. This is a great electronic-locking door knob to replace my manual-lock knob. There are two features I would like that maybe they will add sometime: 1. The option to auto-unlock the knob when opening the door from the inside. Currently, if you open the door from the inside it is still locked from the outside when you shut the door. 2. An easier method of changing from auto-lock to manual-lock mode. Currently, you have to enter the Master Code and programming sequence to change it. It would be nice if there were a programmable User Code for making the change, to make it easier at times when you are going in and out of the house often for chores, garden work, etc.

I am very satisfied with this lock. It looks modern and of good quality, the keyboard responds quickly and is very easy to use. The installation was simple and I love being able to open the door with a code without having to carry the keys. In addition, the automatic closing is very practical. Excellent product for the price, totally recommended.

This lock has honestly been one of those purchases that just works. We actually liked our first one so much that we came back and bought a second lock for another door. The first one has been completely reliable. No glitches, no random lockouts, and no issues with the keypad. One of my favorite things is that it doesn't require an app. I know that's a downside for some people, but I specifically wanted a lock that didn't depend on Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or another app on my phone. I set it up once, created the codes I needed, and it's been working exactly as expected ever since. Installation was surprisingly easy. If you've replaced a standard doorknob before, this shouldn't be difficult. Everything lined up well, and it didn't take long to get it installed. The battery life has also been better than I expected. We replaced the batteries after about nine months, not because the lock stopped working, but because we figured it was a good time to do some preventive maintenance. It was still functioning perfectly when we changed them. The keypad is easy to read, the auto-lock feature is convenient, and having backup keys gives a little extra peace of mind. After living with the first lock for months, buying a second one was an easy decision. It's simple, dependable, and does exactly what we wanted without overcomplicating things. Excellent YAMIRY smart keypad door lock! This electronic code lock is a perfect replacement for a standard door knob. It comes as a complete kit and installs easily in place of a regular lock. The black finish looks modern and sleek, and the keypad works smoothly for code entry. I especially like that it also includes mechanical keys as a backup. The build quality is solid and feels reliable. I’ve installed a similar electronic lock before and was very happy with it — this one meets the same high standard. Easy to use, install , connect and set up. Used for my laundry door since I was tired of using the key and I’m really happy. It has a really good quality, you can set up different codes for different people and then delete it when it not needed anymore so you don’t have to share you Mr actual code with anyone . Works with batteries and has a really good quality! Overall excellent purchase .

Second time buying this product in the past 3 months. My kid helped me install one of them and than he installed the last one I bought. Not hard to install. Only gave a 4 stars because I can't tell hou long it will function. But I believe it will be long before it brakes.

Easy installation with good directions. Programming was simple and unit works great

The key pad is hard to see in the dark, a lighter colour than black might be better. The keys light up once pressed though, so it works out. Easy to install and program. Great price!

Installation was easy, set up went flawless following the instructions. Been using for a month now and works great. I actually like the autolock feature where others didn't. At the worst it could be frustrating if you stepped out for just longer than the set time, but it is no worse than anytime you arrive home and enter your code to get back in.

I bought 2 locksets and they both worked well for a few months and now both are acting up. When working correctly, the handle will spin until the code is put in. Both units started working inconsistently and sometimes the handle works without the code and then it will go back to normal operation. Not really reliable enough for what I need. I tried reaching out for support but all I have found is help videos and no actual customer support. I would not recommend this product.
