I used this product for around 8 months. The product quality was decent, but it stopped working after some time. I then claimed the warranty. However, the replacement product I received was not even a Boat product. When I contacted customer support, my experience was very poor. The warranty claim process is disappointing, and the customer support team was not helpful. They did not clearly inform me that I needed to submit images within a specific time limit. Because I was not aware of this deadline, my claim was denied.

Either you use it on Phone or on Laptop you can enjoy the perfect tune of the rythm and music, the bass doesn't just booms it sync with a perfect coordination (Rating 9/10) Quality:- Build is great with sturdy and hard case, the metallic finish on earbuds are cool and premium which gives you a positive noticing look wherever you're, the colour is premium and decent (Rating 9/10) Ease of Use and Fit :- The Buds doesn't give pain to your ear when you use it for long time, i use it for Classes, Music, Running, Travelling and a lot more things on everyday use and it doesn't bothers my ears to suffer, the Earbuds doesn't support Boat App feature so i would call it a drawback but also a positive side because it doesn't drains your phone battery as the Ambience and ANC feature gets activated through the tap and hold feature and works perfectly on any device either PC or Phone ( Rating 9/10) Battery:- Just don't worry about it you'll get insane usage and long lasting battery, as I don't know when i charge as i can use it for weeks !
