Amazing PC
I've never left a review before. But this machine deserves one. This thing came properly packaged, and as a result, arrived flawless.Setup was easy.I've had no issues running ANY game with this so far. Comes with pretty good RAM as well!

Arrived DOA
PC arrived DOA—wouldn’t power on at all. When I reached out, customer support put me on hold for 2 hours and then just asked if I had plugged it in and flipped the switch before telling me to return it with no real help. Disappointing experience for what could’ve been a great value build. Returned it the same week.

Great gaming PC!
So I've had this PC for about 4 months now I think. It's AWESOME! I was looking for something that would play games in what they call 2K and this machine performs in every way at usually max settings. Dead Space, Lords of the Fallen, Last Epoch, Sons of the Forest, Resident Evil 4, Atlas Fallen, Satisfactory, you name it it's golden. My one gripe would be the built in wifi. It's only running at something like 433mbps and that's just not satisfactory for me so I purchased a USB wifi adapter that runs at 1.2gbps. Huge improvement. I also installed another 16GB of ram. The case is very well built and the colored fans are a nice touch. It is also very quiet.

Excellent bang-for-buck
Excellent quality for price. I've had it for almpst 3 months, played hundreds of hours on many games including BO6 and other intensive games, I run 160+ frames and the graphics look great. The RAM is definitely holding it back but for what I need, this thing runs incredibly well for the price and was easy to setup in the future. Will be purchasing a RAM kit to upgrade later but aside from that it's a steal for the quality.

It was almost perfect
The media could not be loaded. Everything about this PC was spot on at first. It arrived well-protected in two sturdy boxes, ensuring safe delivery. Setup was smooth…after updating and signing in, everything functioned perfectly. The dedicated sleep button is a nice, and all components and cables are neatly fitted. The RGB lighting is uniform and adjustable via the included application. Overall, it seemed like a solid PC for the price. However, that’s where my positives end. After about two weeks of use, I noticed both front fans would stop spinning, though the RGB lighting still worked. At first, restarting the PC would temporarily fix the issue, but over time, the fans stopped working completely. I reached out to customer support, and they offered three options: (1) send the PC back, (2) have replacement fans mailed in, or (3) try plugging the fans into different ports. While these aren’t bad solutions, I believe that with a prebuilt system, the customer shouldn’t have to replace or troubleshoot hardware themselves. When choosing a prebuilt PC, you expect reliability and quality control, especially from a company that specializes in them. It’s disappointing when the brand you trusted falls short. Most people buy a PC expecting it to last for several years, if not longer. Issues like this make me question the overall build quality and longevity of the system.

Great PC. Bad keyboard and mouse.
The keyboard and mouse are low quality and flimsy. The tower is . . . surprisingly good for the price. Still the keyboard and mouse are falling apart after 2 weeks and for that is looses a star, but for the tower it’s still worth a buy. 4/5
