My ironman face cradle was terrible. It had locking handles on both sides and broke within a couple months. This one is designed with only one locking side. Should be much better. I put my cushion on it and it's a perfect fit for my table.

i ordered this head read replacement as there seemed to be few other options at my disposal, and after just a few clients it broke, which was highly embarrassing, especially since the client was present...the whole thing just kept falling loose and there was absolutely NO WAY to tighten it...not sure if a screw fell off the tightening knob or what, but this is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE...what a piece of crap! i had to improvise by tying a bungee cord to the bottom and stretching it down across to the other side of the bottom of the table, but this was merely a pathetic and at best, VERY TEMPORARY solution...i used the replacement maybe a total of three times before it broke on me and its truly amazing that they haven’t made any kind of advancements in the way head cradles are made...this was a scam and is obviously made to fail so we can just keep throwing away our money on these crappy products, as they seemingly have realized that they are one of the few games in town and are taking full shady advantage! DO NOT BUY IF YOU WANT TO AVOID LOOKING LIKE A CHEAP, CORNER CUTTING, INEPT MASSEUR IN FRONT OF YOUR CLIENTS!!!! AWFUL!

I broke my original plastic headrest on the massage table but saved the cushion. This one has stronger metal rods, the cushion fits fine and it seems much stronger than the original.

This is a pretty nice face cradle, fits the standard size width for a standard massage table. The piece that holds the actual cushion is wood with two Velcro strips as the pictures shows. There is the adjustment handle on the underside. I had bought 4 as I run an acupuncture clinic and we just needed a few new ones to replace the old ones that were probabilities 14 years old.The adjustment handles were mostly good, there was one that didn’t work well. The one that was in question was a bit loose and wouldn’t hold the adjustment firmly. I had to get out an Allen wrench key to tighten the bold holding the handle and then it was fine. I would have liked another Velcro strip on the top of the face cradle, as most of my face cushions have a third Velcro closure to secure it to the cradle, but it’s ok, two works nearly as well.I wish it had more range of adjustment for the angle, but seems to work just fine. I have had only one patient complaine about it not moving enough to a comfortable angle. Otherwise these are great and pretty inexpensive. Hope they will last like my old ones, for another 14 or so years.

It was good for a while but broke within a few months. The little black handle that moves to allow the headrest to flop down or stay upright just stopped holding the headrest up.. now it just flops down no matter what. Not safe!

Works as expected and for a good price!

i had ordered this face cradle on May, due to the covid-19, i wasn't have chance to use it on my client until Sept. It wasn't firm at all, my client was facing down, the face cradle couldn't hold her head at all, it was snap down right away when her face was on the cradle, totally fail. This was the main issue i was concerned on buying a new face cradle. It was my careless to not try it at the 1st place when i received my product back on May. Now it was too late for me to report the issue for return/refund." Warning-do not buy this product if you are going to use it for a backmassage"

It fit my table perfectly. Much sturdier than the plastic one that came with the table, which broke. This one shouldn't really it's very well made as well as comfortable
