I thought it was odd to have a water dispenser inside the fridge in the house we moved into...and one that needed 2 hands to fill anything (1 to press/hold the button and 1 to hold the glass). This item is a game changer! It was easy to install and fit easily and works great! My husband loves it as well! I highly recommend this!

The lever works great, except it took a little while for us to figure out that we had to move the cup down, instead of out, when we were done filling the cup. When you pull a cup away by going "out", water runs for a split second after the cup is removed causing water to drip in the fridge. If you move "downward" to deactivate the lever, the cup is positioned to catch the runoff. Once we figured that out, it's worked awesome, way better than having to use two hands to get water from the fridge.

The device is designed in properly so that as you are moving your cup away from the lever which depresses the button, the stream of water still shoots out, causing the water to make a mess and not go in your cup. Seems like a small tolerance issue with the way they designed it. Maybe mine was just effective not sure.

PROS: I really like the functionality of this! It does exactly as advertised - allows me to get water one handed. It clipped right on and the included screw fit perfectly. It came with easy to follow instructions and it arrived super fast!CONS: It is not paper white. The inside of my fridge is paper white, but this is not, so it is very noticeable and obviously an aftermarket add on. Additionally, it is warped or crooked, so the spout is not in the center of the opening. I didn’t notice this until installing it and then it was very obvious.

Works as described. Looks 3D printed, but still good quality. Took almost a month to ship. Price was fair.

This was super easy to install and just snaps in place. It works and makes the water dispenser easier to use with only one hand. I took off one star because there is no way to clear the cup from underneath without continuing to trigger the water so there’s a tiny bit leaked each time. It’s not a problem and not enough for me to change back to factory setting.
