I have an old roomba 630 and have replaced the battery a few times. This lithium ion battery does indeed last longer than the original battery. I was worried that it wouldn't be compatible with my old model or charger, but there have been no issues so far.

We have a Roomba 675 and while we moved, we forgot about it and didn't pull it out until wayy later. Needless to say, the battery went dead. This battery fits perfectly and the Roomba works! I think this battery is reasonably priced, as it saves us from having to buy an OEM replacement or a new Roomba!
