I am getting desperate at this point looking for a digital pen for a laptop. I have a latitude 7390 which this says it should work with. It has no instructions in the package and it will not pair at all with my laptop. I can’t even get it to show a pairing light after pressing the pairing button. I’ve charged it for several hours now and nothing happens. No response from the decide at all.Completely useless. Returning and adding this company to the list to not buy from.

I have a Dell Inspiron Model 7425, 2-in-1 Laptop. This is one of the models that this pen is supposed to be compatible with. However, the pen came without any written instructions, and none was available online when I did a search. I charged it and then tried various ways to get it to work with the computer, but nothing worked. If the manufacturer can send instructions, I am willing to try to get it working. I would give it zero stars, but then the comment will not get posted.

This pen does not even show up on discoverable devices on any Bluetooth compatible laptop. I bought this for my Dell
