Pros1. Powerful steam2. Quick heating3. Non-stick plate4. Spray function is good5. Doesn't leak out6. Provided a filling cup inside the box7. Easily iron awfully wrinkled clothesCons(sort of)1. The cord is not a 360° swivel just the plastic near the grip.2. Self-cleaning action is sort of useless draining the water by opening the lid is way quicker.

The product came with good amazon packaging with on time delivery, However,while unboxing, following things came to notice.1. Original box of Steam Iron was already tampered. There was no seal, all tapes were already removed. Even the tampering was very well visible without any doubt.2. Internal carry bag was also torn out3. There were traces of condensed water inside water compartment, clearly visible. Definitely its used item.4. Soleplate had scratch5. Base of iron showed traces of usage.

Please replace under 2 year guarantee.
Unfortunately USHA does not have spares for this and other online only models. I have waited over two months for steam on off switch. This product has 2 years warranty.Kindly send me a new piece as local Usha service centre or regional centre are unable to service it.

Product is gud n original.. Bt the button ...
Product is gud n original.. Bt the button of steam wz nt working properly.. To change the nob i sent the same to service center of usha.. But the didnt find the part.. Which has to be replaced. N also they didn't fix the parts propery.. And also they made two small holes at the bottom of the press.. Water is leaking all the time. Not able to use.. Coz or risk of electric shock.. Plz replace my sream iron..
