can i measure fragrance oils in theses?

Believe these are more useful for dry ingredients, snacks, herbs & spices, etc. You possibly can use it for fragrance oils---but I believe an old glass measuring cup would be more efficient for measuring & dispensing! Not sure a dishwasher would completely eliminate the oils from this silicone pinch bowls, once you use them for this purpose!

I am using these to measure and pour coffee grounds. How is the grip on these?

The grip is good. I use them to melt a small amount of butter in the microwave. I use them to serve individual condiments so I don't have put the jar on the table.

Do these bowls come with covers?

These bowls do not come with covers. They are especially helpful during food prep to set out herbs and seasonings. I use mine to drizzle on olive oil (instead of pouring from the bottle) on all my food. Being able to pinch the silicone bowl is most helpful.

How much can be put in the bowls? 1 cup?

No, as they are designed for "pinch" activity such as spices, etc., as indicated. One cup of flour is equal to 8 ounces and these are 50ml/1.75 ounces, but are excellent and convenient when you need smaller bowls in preparation/separation for dividing your spices, etc., and its cleaner. Plus, they look cool!

Very useful, and can handle rough and clumsy usage. You don't have to worry about them breaking, or making a noise if they fall or clash together. They are perfect to hold stuff for food preparation, for holding measured syrup or juice concentrate, oil, vinegar, tamarind pulp,vanilla extract etc. Can hold a single egg too. Break one into each bowl if you need to pour eggs out individually, but don't want to put them all together. Turn it inside out and the cup capacity increases some bit - and it won't wobble too. Love the colors. Can easily spot them in the dish dryer. Very handy for multiple uses.
