Excellent product... Reviewing this product after almost 20 days of use... makes excellent breads... however the down side is that bread size and shape is not a conventional one.. so you have to cut it from sides also to make a square bread. The recipes given in the recipe book need a little tweaking to make a perfect bread.. usual wheat flour available in India doesn’t give good quality bread.. add a little gluten powder( 1tsp for 1cup of flour approx) to get the right consistency of bread.. completely satisfied with its functioning... the added is advantage is that you get another bowl in which you can prepare variety of other dishes as given in the recipe book... this luxury is not available in any other bread maker... so this one is a winner here, hands down... you may falter few times initially, but once you know it’s functioning, it’s gonna make you love it. However, there are few service centres available and that too in big metros. Being from a Punjab, the nearest one is located in New Delhi. But the customer support is awesome over the phone.. that guide you and provide all help online... they claim to provide necessary support directly over phone without any middleman/service man in between. and in case of part replacement of any part they claim to send it directly via courier along with instructions and video to install that part... that’s what they told me over phone... and I got a recipe book delivered to my address after just a single phone call and by providing my copy of bill and address to them over whatsapp.. so in short, I was completely satisfied with the quick Customer service as well as with the product till now... however, having said so, I think it will do a lot of good to the reputation of company if they expand their network and offer more service centres and dealers..😊

The product manual is unclear for new users. No demo CD or website for this particular product is unavailable after paying hefty amount. Even their website is changed and details for the same. I think I made mistake. I thought Amazon through so I purchased the product. Big mistake I made. Selleray be happy for minus one item from his stock

Initially we did not receive any support or training from manufacturer. Manufacturer did not had any support or after sales service center in Ahmedabad. So we were pissed off a lot.Later Mr Hemant Japi - Vice President of Vitek Company took personal interest to support us and arranged a training session at our home at Ahmedabad. They demonstarted the machine and it's applications. I really appreciated this initiative.Later, whenever we faced any technical issues, the machine was picked up by Vitek company from our home address and was delivered back after resolving the problem.The cleaning of this machine is really a problem as we have to put the machine upside down to clean the residues inside the machine. This is very annoying.Overall, we liked the machine technology but the design is awkward which makes the cleaning process bit difficult.

Poorly made. I would like to look at the product I use, see it, feel it and appreciate and feel good about how well it has been made. I can't do that with this product. Poor materials. The burrs on moulded parts still remain. Returned it immediately on unpacking. Didn't even use it. It may work, but I can't even start due to the poor workmanship of the product.

Deep fry is apparently not possible. Could not bring the oil to boiling temperature to fry potato wedges in about 40 mins (it took 12 mins in gas oven). Pizza was so so. Normal bread ok sort of (takes 3hrs 10 mins).

Easy to clean

Not at all useful. All the dishes got burnt. Bread made in it was horrible

Demo faculty not available so it is unused.Demo should be arranged how to use it .we tried to make bread but failed
